Booking a video call with Santa Claus is really easy! Simply choose the date and time you would like a call from Santa, fill in the details you would like him to know prior to your call and then get yourself ready in your festive outfits and await your call!
Unlike Santa Grotto experiences where there is additional charges for photo's and videos, we include a professionally edited version of your video call recording which you will recieve via email no later than 7 days after your video call with Santa, allowing you to share the experience with family and friends and cherish the memory for years to come.

We allow you to carefully select the Santa that you feel would be the best match for your video call creating magical moments that are personal to you and your family.

Included with your video call is an edited video of the Recording of your Experience which you will receive no later than 7 days from when your video call took place, allowing you to cherish the memory for years to come and also share socially with family and friends.

Each video call lasts for approximately 8-10 minutes. Not enough time? Feel free to book an additional 5 minutes of time with Santa to either continue talking or have Santa read you one of his favourite festive Christmas stories. It doesn't matter what time of day you have your video call, be it a story to start your day or even a bedtime treat.
As since 2021 when we launched we do sell out so please book early to avoid disappointment.

With the official stamp of approval from the North Pole this is the perfect start to your video call experience with a Personalised Letter from Santa inviting your child/children to join him on a video call via his North Pole Communication Device on your chosen time and date.
Your personalised letter from Santa will also include Magic Reindeer Food (eco friendly) which your child can sprinkle on Christmas Eve either in your garden or outside your front door making sure Santa and his Reindeer can find your home on Christmas Eve.

Our Secret Santa Box is packed full of family fun and further enhances our motto of 'It is not what is under the Christmas Tree that matters but what is around it that counts!'

Reading a book at bedtime is always a cherished time with your children and what better way than with a charming festive story full of beautiful illustrations and a wonderful message about the true meaning of Christmas.
'Santa's Calling You' is written by our very own Chief Elf - James Bartlett and Illustrated by Yogesh Mahajan.
This book is not read during the Story Time Add-On and therefore makes a lovely gift to be found during the call or even delivered on Christmas Eve or Day.
