Santa Claus is coming to Zoom!

Although life is a bit easier than it was this time last year and we can see our loved ones face to face once again, Santa Claus is aware that not everybody is ready to join the crowds of Christmas shoppers just yet to come and see him in person. Just as he did last year, Santa Claus is taking bookings to speak to you online so that you can have a Zoom call with Santa whenever you like in the run up to Christmas – best of all, the whole family can join in and make a real party out of it!

Just like last year, Santa is aware that younger children might be a bit overwhelmed speaking to him, so the kindly Mrs Claus is also on hand to talk to the little ones. Santa’s Elves are also waiting to give the lowdown on the behind the scenes preparations for Christmas at the North Pole, and chat to you about all the best Christmas craft activities you can get up to at home.

With cases of Covid-19 inevitably rising as we get into the winter months, a Zoom call with Santa rather than queueing to see him in a crowded grotto is the best way to make sure the whole family stay well over the Christmas season.

If you didn’t call Santa with us last Christmas, it really is very simple to prepare for a virtual visit from Santa – just make a booking on the website with your chosen date and time, and Santa will call you, live from the North Pole! Santa is very interested in knowing all about you, so don’t forget to complete his form with some details such as everybody’s names, what you’d like for Christmas, and what’s your favourite thing about the festive season. Make a day of it – get those Christmas jumpers out, make a mug of hot chocolate, and binge watch all your favourite Christmas films together as a family after the call. All you need is a device capable of running Zoom – a phone, tablet, PC or laptop – and a good, stable internet connection, either over wi-fi, or if you have a generous data package this will also work well. Your call is password protected, meaning that only you and Santa can access that link. We record all of the calls for two good reasons – everyone’s security, and so that you can request a copy of the video for an extra fee to relive the experience before the big day.

As you can imagine, Santa’s got a tale or two to tell, so if you want to book a Christmas reading with him he is an excellent storyteller. Even the Elves want to get in on the act – get crafting first and show them all your best Christmas creations!
