How does a Video Call with Santa Work?
1. Check Availability, Schedule and Pay for your Santa Video Call
Sessions are available throughout the festive period with prices labelled.
Simply select your chosen date and time when you would like to visit Santa and pay for your video call through our secure payment gateway. Upon payment you will receive a confirmation email with your secure and private link for your video call with Santa Claus.
2. Tell us all about the children that Santa Claus will be meeting
Santa aims to make all his video calls as personal as possible. You will therefore have the opportunity to fill in our 'Secret Santa' Form. With details such as what your child enjoys to do in their spare time, who their best friends are at school and what family pets you have, to name but a few. The more information you can provide the more magical the experience will be for your children.
Christmas attire on and settle down comfortably as you get ready for to meet Santa. We recommend clicking on your link to your video call around 5 minutes in advance so you are ready and waiting.
This is where the real excitement begins. Santa will let you into the room and say a big hello to all. If a grown-up cannot be seen on the call he will of course check to make sure one is present (our safeguarding promise) before making sure he checks the nice list and amazes your child knowing all those little 'Secret Santa' answers from your form.
